Clean & Simple

I first saw these adorable flowers over at Lauri's blog Soapbox Creations and fell in love with them. After trying to make my own and failing miserably I read back through her blog and found that she was using a Dienamics Die from My Favorite Things. Wow...so much easier.

The bow is made from Hug Snug seam binding that I purchased off Etsy from ZipperStop. I purchased it in Winter white so I could color it with my Copics (thank you Lauri) to match. I ran my cardstock through my Big Shot leaving the bottom section blank so I could stamp my sentiment.

Thanks for stopping by and Happy Kreations.

PTI Make It Monday Challenge #2

I normally don't do challenges. I struggle with thinking outside my comfort zone. I have decided that it's time I step out and challenge myself to try new things. So here is my second post for this weeks PTI Make It Monday challenge. It only took me two hours to come up with this...haha. Though the process was difficult I'm really happy with the result.

Creating the 3D sailboats was fun. It gave me a chance to ink up some of my background stamps I haven't used in awhile. After I cut the squares out of  the Blueberry Sky cardstock using the Take Three Die I placed it on top of my white card base and stamped the sailboats. I stamped the patterns I wanted for the sails and the boat using Versamark for the sails and Dark Chocolate for the boat on my Craft and Spring Moss cardstock. Then I stamped the sailboat again and cut them out and mounted them with dementionals.
Thanks for stopping by and Happy Kreations.

PTI Make It Mondays Challenge #2

Happy Valentines Day everybody. I hope you are all having a wonderful day and enjoying those you love. Today's post is for Papertrey Inks second Make It Mondays Challenge. Today's challenge was is to make a sentiment strip using vellum.

I colored the gladiola with my copic markers then ran it through my Big Shot with PTI's Linen & Canvas Impression Plate. I love the little extra detail it gives.
