Happy Saturday to all of you. I want to wish all of you a very Happy Easter, even though it's a day early. Tomorrow also happens to be my Dad's birthday so we will have a pretty busy day. For my card I matched up the Primrose Petals with Baja Breeze. I really like these two colors together. You all know how much I love my dimension. I attached the entire card front to the card base with foam tape.

Hello stamping friends and happy Tuesday to you. I'm here today with my card for this week's ColourQ. Love, love, love this week's colors. I will be adding this color combo to my favorite list for sure.

See, I told you these colors were great! I just love the pattern in the inspiration photo and this stamp kind of reminds me of it. So I pulled out the Copics and did some coloring. It's hard to see in this photo, but there is an embossed frame that the focal point is in the middle of. I did this one with a Spellbinders die.

Dynamic Duos #45

Happy Saturday! I am so happy the weekend is finally here. I've been really sick for the past two weeks. After two visits to the doctor and four days of work missed and the wonders of meds, I am finally feeling like myself again. So I plan on spending my weekend catching up on some crafting. I'm stopping in this morning with my card for this week's Dynamic Duos. It's week four and that means we have some monochromatic colors for you.

This is actually the second card I made using these colors. My daughter thought the first one was too plain. I really tried to stick to just the two colors and it just didn't look right to me. So I added some gray to the mix.

I thought I would go ahead and post the first card I made too.

Happy Tuesday! Here we are with a new set of colors over at the ColourQ already. Can you believe it's the middle of March already? Spring is right around the corner and I'm so ready for it.

Okay, not a fan of the two blues. I had a really hard time with these colors. When I first saw them I was all excited. That changed in a hurry..haha. I don't have Brilliant Blue or Brocade Blue so I matched up my colors the best I could.

Hi everyone. It's Saturday and that means I'm here with my card for this week's Dynamic Duos card. It's week three and that means it's Black Tie week. We are pairing up black with So Saffron this time.

For my card I didn't want the wreath centered. After I stamped it to the side it looked really weird to me. So to help pull it together I framed it...much better.

Welcome to Fusion Card Challenge

That's right, there's a new challenge coming your way on April 5th!! The amazing Leslie and Jackie have teamed up to bring you a really cool new challenge concept. I'm excited to share that they have asked me to be part of the design team.

Happy Saturday. It's time for a new set of colors at Dynamic Duos. This week's colors have got to be one of my all time favorite combos.

Here is my card:

I love this new stamp set from Papertrey Ink. The great birthday sentitments are the perfect size to make them your focal point. I stamped the sentiment first then clustered the flowers and leaves where I wanted them. I can't see it very well in this photo, but I did do an embossed frame around the edge of the white card stock.

Leslie has designed a great CAS sketch for us. This is right up my alley:) These flowers are one of my all time favorite sets. I like to stamp them so they hang over the edge, then I stamp and cut additional flowers and attach them with my dots.

I tried to do rolled flowers and it was just too much for the card. When I started looked through my stamps I founds these flowers and they look rolled, so I went with them. I'm glad I did because I really like the way they look in these colors with the kraft stems and leaves.

Dynamic Duos #42

Hi there. I'm stopping in with my card for this week's Dynamic Duos challenge. This week is Bold & Sassy week and what a great set of colors we have for you.

Here is my card:

When I first saw these colors I was going to do daisies but changed my mind. I just got this set off Ebay and was excited to ink it up. I love the outlines on these stamps. To help pull it all together I did a frame around the card. It's hard to see in this picture, but the small flower on the right is bumped up with foam tape.
