Here is my stack of supplies all ready to go.
And here is what I have been able to get done so far. Let me tell you, that was a lot of stamping! But aren't they amazing? I still have to do the directions, registry and RSVP parts. They all have almost as much stamping as the invitation itself does. She's lucky I love her so much :)
I'm off to mount these on purple, then to the tri-fold invitation base.

ReplyDeleteAbsolutely stunning Deanna! What beautiful invitations and what wonderful memories for your daughter to always have with her...her mom hand stamped each invitation!
ReplyDeleteI have so been there! I did invitations that had two coloured stamping on the front, plus embossing on the envelopes! Still, I find there's something calming about the assembly line process, even if every once in a while I think - wow, there's still quite a lot left to do! Your invitations are gorgeous! I love the purple and green and you're obviously doing a wonderful job of stamping them in the exact right place, because all the edges line up perfectly in the pile!
ReplyDeleteThese are absolutely beautiful! Lots of work, but totally worth it in the end, I'm sure :o)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous, can't wait to see the finished product!

Yes, these ARE AMAZING!!
ReplyDeleteDeanna, these are amazing. My daughter is getting married in Fall of 2014 and we are making our own invitations. We have started with a Wilton Invitation kit that has a natural paper sleeve with lavender pressed flowers and want to coordinate the inner announcement. I love the colors you used but am only able to make out one name Royal Velvet and cannot figure the other two or find them on PTI website and there was no recipe of what you used. Can you help as they are the perfect colors to match the details my daughter has chosen - you can reply to moira.galarneau@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteI am perusing your blog and SOPPED DEAD IN MY TRACKS! Wow these are simply fabulous invites! What a mom!! :)
ReplyDeleteSTOPPED -- sheesh :)
ReplyDeleteOh, my! These are gorgeous...I mean GORGEOUS! What an act of love, too. I don't consider myself a real flowery person, but I would have taken these for my wedding invitations in a heartbeat.
