May Your Birthday Be Filled

Good morning and happy Saturday. Well, most of the leaves have finally fallen...and you know what that means...time to go rake. Not my favorite thing to do but it needs to be done. I thought I would stop in and share a card that I made a few months ago before heading outside.

I hope you have a wonderful day.

Blessings,
Deanna Jean

  3. Funny, I was just eyeing all the leaves in my yard too and thought it was time to get rid of them! Yuck! I like your cheery sunflower and the reminder that we'll do the whole summer thing all over again soon enough!

  4. Pretty card, Deanna! Raking leaves sounds like a lovely peaceful thing to do. I'm guessing from your comments, though, that it is not so peaceful, LOL! Living in a warm/hot climate, we don't really rake leaves, there aren't enough deciduous trees around. Right now, it is HOT and DRY here, the grass is burned brown, so we don't even get to mow... maybe I'll go swim in the pool while I think of you in the cool weather raking leaves. ;-)

  5. Your card is charming! The diagonal stripe really sets of the verse and sunflower. Do you have a company source for the sentiment?
