ColourQ 165

Happy Tuesday! I hope all of you here in the states had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend. I took a few extra days off and it was amazing. I'm here today with my card for this week's ColourQ challenge.

Here is my card:

When I first saw these colors I had no idea what I was going to do. I sat down to work on my card and it just came to me...love when that happens. I used a piece of printer paper and cut it to the size of my card. I placed the ornament dies where I wanted them to be and ran it through my Big Shot. I then taped the negative piece to my card base.  When I was stamping the polka dots I made sure that most of the edges were stamped so you could see the shapes of the ornaments. For the strings I used a ruler and a black pen and I hand drew the bows. I love how they turned out.

Here are this week's colors:

Okay, it's your turn to see what you can do with these colors. If you're looking for some more inspiration stop by theColourQ and see what the rest of the design team created.

Thanks for stopping by,

Deanna Jean

Supplies:
Stamp: Papertrey Ink Bells & Boughs & various sets for the polka dots
