Take A Closer Look

Okay, I really need to look closer at what's around me. I cracked up when I saw the color challenge over at ColourQ this week. My daughter has a pillow with this exact pattern on it. Why did it take a challenge for me to create a card with these amazing colors?

As soon as I saw this I knew exactly what I wanted to do. Well...okay, part of what I wanted to do. I knew I had to use my Background Basics: Vines from PTI and I knew I was going to color in the leaves.The rest just fell into place..love when that happens.

    This card is a perfect interpretation of the inspiration photo. Love the way you've used the vines on one sideand the flowers as a balance on the other side. So pretty.

    Wow! Seems like the chair was a great inspiration for you. Love what you did witht he stamps to create that beautiful pattern. who would have thought the color os those flowers would be so beautiful. Nice job.
