I love polka dots so when I saw this weeks challenge over at
The Paper Players I was so excited. A few weeks ago I made
this card and loved how the flowers turned out. I decided to do them again but change up the color some..thanks to the advice of my daughter. By the way, she just created a new blog..you should check it out
here. She would love it if you stopped by. I also used this weeks sketch from
retro sketches.
A couple of days ago we were at the store and I happen to walk through their very small craft section and found a Cuttlebug polka dot embossing folder. It's like it was ment to be:)
I gently ran my finger along the flower petals to give them a little curve and also put a light fold in the leaves. After I stamped the sentiment I used my pen and drew a couple of lines under it. I attached the flowers and the white panel to the card with my
dots.
See you soon,
Deanna Jean
